The local NHS and Dacorum Borough Council are exploring opportunities to bring hospital, GP, mental health, social care, wellbeing and community services into a new purpose-built and accessible health facility in Hemel Hempstead, which they hope will provide more joined-up care for the local community. They are reviewing the ways of doing this by exploring a series of options, which they are developing with health and care partners, patients, staff and community stakeholders.
They are engaging with stakeholders throughout the planning process and will use this feedback to improve how and where services are delivered. They have asked DSN and its member clubs to review the Hemel Health Campus proposals and to complete a survey to give their views.
